Refund policy

Pursuant to Article 52, paragraph 4, Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the User has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reasons, within 14 days of receiving the first issue of the title.

In case of digital subscription purchase, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the date of activation of the purchased subscription.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify Franco Maria Ricci Editore of your desire to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit statement sent by registered mail with return receipt or certified e-mail.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient for you to send the notice regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

If you withdraw from the contract, you will be reimbursed for any payments you have made to Franco Maria Ricci Editore, no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of withdrawal. Said refunds will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction.

Upon receipt of the notice within the terms Franco Maria Ricci Editore will disable the subscription and provide a refund of the amount paid. In the case of a digital subscription, the User acknowledges that - given the intangible nature of the service purchased - the amount to be refunded will be reduced by the price of the editions already received.

If you have subscribed to an offer having as its object not only the subscription but also an additional good, in order to avail yourself of the refund, you are required to send the good back to Franco Maria Ricci Editore, Strada Masone 121 - 43012 Fontanellato (PR), bearing all the relevant shipping costs in full, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract.

The deadline is met if you return the good before the expiration of the 14-day period.

Once the good has been received, or in any case if You have transmitted by e-mail to Franco Maria Ricci Editore proof that the Product has been shipped, Franco Maria Ricci Editore will provide a refund using the method of payment used by You.

Any exceptions to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, where provided for in article 59, 1, letter o) Cod. Cons. ("the right of withdrawal referred to in articles. 52 to 58 for distance contracts and contracts negotiated away from business premises and excluded with regard to: o) the provision of digital content by means of a non-material medium if the performance is initiated with the express agreement of the consumer and with his acceptance of the fact that in that case he would have lost the right of withdrawal"), will be from time to time pointed out to the User, in a clear and understandable manner, before proceeding to purchase.
